Return/Refund/Cancellation/Privacy Policy

Payment Terms:

Payment due upon checkout.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Refund Policy:

Custom orders/Special items are non-returnable.  Custom orders/Special items include any items that are personalized by color, name, company, logo or stock items that are modified to meet customer needs.  Contact the customer service department at 570-779-4343 ext. 302 for assistance.

Order shortages, damages and discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of order. Contact the customer service department at 570-779-4343 ext. 302 for assistance.

Stock items are returnable for a partial refund within 2 business days of receipt of items.  Contact the customer service department at 570-779-4343 ext. 302 for return and refund information.

All returns and refunds are subject to final approval from Brand Graphic Solutions. 

Cancellation Policy:

Custom orders/Special orders cannot be cancelled once the paper proof is approved.  A paper proof will be emailed for final approval prior to production of the order.    

Delivery Policy:

Upon production of your order, we will ship via common carrier.  If installation is requested, you will be contacted with installation information and scheduling options.

Privacy Policy:

We do no sell, trade or transfer customer information to third parties.
